Alexandru Danci - Trombone

Born in Bocsig, Arad County, attended the Music High School in Timisoara, class of trombone professor Ion Beldi, being part of Academica Orchestra of the Conservatory led by Alexander Sumschi. After termination of studies became member of the George Enescu Philarmonic Bucharest where activates at present as trombone soloist. Has taken part within this formation at many tours in over 50 countries playing under great world conductors like: Sergiu Celibidache, Roberto Benzi, Rudolf Stoltz, Ghenadi Rojdensvenski, Vaclav Newmann, Erich Bergel, Cristian Mandeal, Misha Katz, Emil Tabacov, Seiji Ozawa and beside soloists of fame as Placido Domingo, Jose Carreras, Radu Lupu, Vadim Repin, Misha Maisky, Lazar Bermann, Sviatoslav Richter, Dmitri Bashkirov. Is a founding member of the Romanian Brass Ensemble.
