Florin Pane - Trombone

florinpaneBorn in 1970 at Bucharest, studied trombone at George Enescu High School, Bucharest. Continued studies at the national Music University Bucharest with class of professor Florin Pane (father of the musician). Is a member of Virtuozii Orchestra in Bucharest, of Atheneum Formation. In 1992 was awarded the Prize Cella Delavrancea for meritous activity developed in the field of culture, becoming associate professor at the National Music University Bucharest and collaborator of the national Opera Bucharest. At present develops musical activity as trombone-soloist in the symphonic orchestra of George Enescu Philarmonic Bucharest taking part to tours in Germany, Spain, France, Switzerland, Japan, playing beside soloists as: Placido Domingo, Jose carreras, Vadim Repin, Dan Grigore, Radu Lupu and under conductors as: Ghenadi Rojdensvenski, Erich Bergel, Cristian Mandeal, Misha Katz, Emil Tabacov, Seiji Ozawa, etc.

Has been distinguished with the medal Cultural Merit Class II, by the Romanian President in 2004.
